ABOUT DELIVERY

  • Our standard product delivery time frame is 2 to 8 working days throughout India.

    Please notify us upon receiving your product.
    We value your feedback and encourage you to share valuable reviews, customer pictures, and videos.

    Kindly note that once you confirm the order with us, we will not ask for any extra money to deliver the products.

    Payment Terms:

    • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
    • We accept major payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
    • In case of payment failure, the amount (if debited) will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 working days.

RETURN POLICY

  • Once orders are placed, there are no returns or refunds available.

    Returns are solely accepted for mismatched or damaged products.
    To initiate a return, provide videos and photos as evidence.
    Returns due to personal dislikes or size issues are not eligible.

    Refund Terms:

    • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 working days after the return is approved.
    • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed through Razorpay.
    • In case of any disputes, Razorpay’s dispute resolution terms will apply.

    Kindly familiarize yourself with these terms before making a purchase.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at WhatsApp or Email.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email or WhatsApp.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

PAYMENT

We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved. 

Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
